Resumen
[ES]El objetivo fundamental de este Trabajo Fin de Máster (TFM) es
ofrecer una visión general de la necesidad de introducir en el aula la Inteligencia
Emocional (en adelante IE), con la intención de favorecer la resolución de conflictos, que
se pudieran mostrar en el grupo-clase. Además, se tendrá en cuenta a los discentes con
Necesidades Específicas de Apoyo Educativo (en adelante NEAE), es decir, de
Incorporación Tardía al Sistema Educativo Español, así como a los alumnos y alumnas
que presenta Necesidades Educativas Especiales (en adelante NEE), Trastorno del
Espectro Autista, concretamente el Síndrome de Asperger.”
“Por lo tanto, este escrito procura destacar la gran importancia de llevar a cabo
programas multidisciplinares donde se utilice la Inteligencia Emocional, en adolescentes
donde se pueden presentar diversos conflictos, a través de la elaboración de un
Programa de Orientación e Intervención Psicopedagógica (en adelante POIP) realizado
en el ámbito de la orientación educativa, con el deseo principal de brindar una extensa
diversidad de recursos y modelos de actuación al profesorado en la Acción Tutorial, en
la Atención a la Diversidad y en la Orientación Académica y Profesional.”

[EN]The main objective of this Master’s Degree is to provide an overview of the need to introduce Emotional Intelligence into the classroom, with the aim of promoting the resolution of conflicts that could be shown in the group-class.
