Resumen
[ES]La Educación Artística tiene una finalidad estética y comunicativa que ayuda a
expresar ideas, emociones o la percepción del mundo que nos rodea, a través de
diferentes lenguajes como la música, la danza y la pintura, entre otras. La actividad
artística no está muy valorada en la educación actual puesto que no se considera
relevante para el aprendizaje del alumnado. A pesar de esto, se ha comprobado que la
educación artística influye favoreciendo el desarrollo de la creatividad y del
pensamiento flexible. Además, potencia las habilidades cognitivas y comunicativas y
aumenta la seguridad y autonomía. Por ello, esta investigación artística se centra en
trabajar emociones y música de manera conjunta en Educación Primaria para así
conocer sus posibilidades como recurso didáctico, utilizando para ello una metodología
cualitativa a través de la intervención activa con el alumnado. Así, podremos
proporcionar un contexto general sobre la influencia de la educación artística como
elemento potenciador del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje a través de las conclusiones
obtenidas.

[EN]Art Education has an aesthetic and communicative purpose that helps to express ideas, emotions or the perception of the world around us, through different languages such as music, dance and painting, among others. The artistic activity is not very valued in current education since it is not been considered relevant for student learning. In spite of this, it has been proven that artistic education influences the development of creativity and flexible thinking. In addition, it enhances cognitive and communicative skills and increases self confidence and autonomy. For this reason, this artistic research focuses on working with emotions and music together in Primary Education in order to know their possibilities as a didactic resource, using a qualitative methodology, through active intervention with students. Thus, we can provide a general context on the influence of artistic education as an enhancing element of the teaching-learning process through the conclusions obtained.
