DIFERENCIAS ENTRE GÉNEROS SOBRE EL DESEMPLEO DE MAYORES DE 45 AÑOS EN ANDALUCÍA

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene por objetivo investigar la exclusión de las mujeres mayores de 45 años del mercado laboral español. Concretamente, se demuestra que los datos en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía en mujeres desempleadas mayores de 45 años son más altos que los datos obtenidos por los hombres. Incluyendo también la normativa o ayudas que reciben los desempleados/as mayores de 45 años para paliar los problemas que le desencadena la falta de actividad laboral. Se analiza las potencialidades, obstáculos y que medidas deben adoptar tanto empresas como trabajadoras para paliar con los datos obtenidos en la Comunidad. Teniendo en cuenta la desigualdad de género y la falta de políticas por parte del Estado para ayudar a las mujeres en el acceso al mercado laboral y encarar a mejorar el futuro laboral de las personas trabajadorasThis paper shows how the data in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for unemployed women over 45 years of age are higher than the data obtained for men. It also includes the regulations or aid received by the unemployed over 45 years of age to alleviate the problems caused by the lack of labor activity. It analyzes the potentialities, obstacles and what measures should be adopted by both companies and workers to alleviate with the data obtained in the Community.
