(EN)Learning a foreign language at an early age can be quite challenging for students. However, there are certain methodologies that if implemented in the classroom might help students acquiring skills in a foreign language in a very natural and smooth way. One of them is Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL). When introducing a second language in the student’s curriculum, we need to consider not only the objectives to achieve, but the content through students is going to reach the objectives. Therefore, it would be compulsory to introduce cultural teaching in foreign language education. This project wishes to raise cultural awareness related to some English-speaking countries, the United States of America (USA), England, and Australia, by applying the CLIL approach in an Early Childhood Education classroom of pupils aged 5 years old.
