SISTEMA PARA LA RECOLECCIÓN DE FRUTOS DEPOSITADOS EN EL SUELO MEDIANTE ASPIRACIÓN GUIADA

Abstract

La propuesta que se presenta en este trabajo pretende eliminar las desventajas de los sistemas de recolección habituales y realizar uno más competitivo que los sistemas que existen hasta ahora. El diseño que se plantea consta de tres partes diferenciadas, la primera de ellas consiste en un mecanismo semiautomático manejado desde la cabina del tractor que se encarga de guiar un cabezal de aspiración. Por otra parte, consta de un sistema de aspiración mediante una turbina conectada a la toma de fuerza del tractor y una serie de conductos y artificios. Finalmente, un cabezal es el encargado de encarar, aproximar y recoger el fruto. Se pretende suprimir los tiempos de espera de los trabajadores, así como el tiempo de vaciado, debido a que no existe almacenaje. Además, se reemplaza un puesto de trabajo fatigoso que puede ser aprovechado en otras labores agrícolas.

The proposal presented in this work aims to eliminate the disadvantages of the usual harvesting systems and to create one that is more competitive than the systems that exist to date. The proposed design consists of three different parts, the first of which consists of a semi-automatic mechanism operated from the tractor cab, which is responsible for guiding a suction head. On the other hand, it consists of a suction system by means of a turbine connected to the tractor's power take-off and a series of ducts and devices. Finally, a head is in charge of facing, approaching and collecting the fruit. The aim is to eliminate waiting times for workers, as well as emptying time, since there is no storage. In addition, it replaces a tiring work station that can be used for other agricultural tasks.
