Evolución del trabajo autónomo. Aproximación a los falsos autónomos

Abstract

[ES] La realidad del mercado laboral actual ha ido evolucionando a través del tiempo de forma que se ha creado una norma que la regula. Pero la realidad es que hoy en día esta norma se está quedando obsoleta ya que el mercado laboral está evolucionando a pasos agigantados como consecuencia de las nuevas tecnologías y del surgimiento de nuevas formas de colaboración (economía colaborativa). El objetivo de este estudio es, por todo esto, analizar la evolución del trabajador autónomo haciendo hincapié en los trabajadores autónomos económicamente dependientes y falsos autónomos y todo ello en el marco de la problemática que presenta el desajuste entre la legislación que regula el trabajo autónomo y la realidad del mercado laboral a día de hoy.

[EN] The reality of today’s labour market has evolved over time in such a way that a standard has been created to regulate it. But the reality is that nowadays this standard is becoming outdated as the labour market is evolving by leaps and bounds as a result of new technologies and the emergence of new forms of collaboration (collaborative economy). The aim of this study is, therefore, to analyse the evolution of the freelancer with emphasis on economically dependent self-employed workers and false self-employed and all within the framework of the presented problem by the mismatch between the legislation which regulates self-employment and the current reality of the labour market.
