The presence of an increase in tourism is becoming increasingly common in areas where previously there was a shortage of tourism. Malaga has always stood out for a sun and beach tourism, whereas in recent years, and especially the latter 2020, tourism has grown towards inland tourism or nature tourism, leading to residential tourism, which has initially concentrated on coastal areas and is now reflected in inland areas, process we call tourist transpais. The most prominent areas would be municipalities such as Jubrique, Genalguacil, Coín, Alhaurín el Grande, Istán, Guaro, Benahavís and Ojén and each of their natural factors will be analyzed as for example the climate, flora, outstanding natural areas and services offered by these municipalities. Finally finding each of its positive and negative effects that cause residential tourism in the area.
