Abstract

[ES]En este TFG se realiza un estudio del Régimen Especial de la Seguridad Social de los Trabajadores por Cuenta Propia o Autónomos, empezando por su nacimiento, los requisitos de inclusión, el proceso que se debe seguir para afiliarse y permanecer en este régimen, derecho de estos trabajadores a las bonificaciones de cotización, y alcance de la acción protectora según la base de cotización máxima o mínima elegida por el trabajador. También se analizan en este TFG las reformas operadas en los últimos años con incidencia en el ámbito de la Seguridad Social de los trabajadores autónomos, entre ellas, la reciente reforma de la LGSS por el RD legislativo 8/2015, de 30 de Octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General de La Seguridad social, sin olvidarnos de las leyes y decretos que ha día de hoy siguen vigentes y regulan este Régimen Especial.

[EN]In this final grade work present a study of the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers of the Autonomous Social Security, starting from its birth, the essential requirements to be included in this regime, the process must be followed to join and stay in this regime. The right of these workers to contribution bonuses and the scope of the protective action according to the maximum or minimum contribution base chosen by the worker, as well as to the benefits available to self-employed workers. In addition, this work analyses the reforms that have undergone their legislative texts lately, especially the recent reform of the LGSS by RD 08/2015, of October 30, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law of the Social Security, without forgetting the laws and decrees that today still apply and regulate this Special Regime.
