Resumen
Las emociones juegan un papel crucial en la vida de las personas desde su nacimiento y son fundamentales en la
formación de su personalidad, aprendizaje y desarrollo integral y social. Por lo tanto, es esencial que, desde edades
tempranas, se trabaje este aspecto. Por este motivo, durante el presente trabajo, comenzamos conociendo qué es la
gamificación y la inteligencia emocional, así como los beneficios que ambos aspectos aportan a los estudiantes. A
continuación, tras conocer todo esto, se propone un taller de inteligencia emocional basado en la gamificación cuyo
objetivo es ayudar a los participantes a desarrollar las habilidades emocionales y mejorar su capacidad para
reconocer, comprender y regular sus propias emociones, así como las emociones de los demás.
Emotions play a crucial role in people's lives from birth and are fundamental in the formation of their personality, learning, and comprehensive and social development. Therefore, it is essential that, from an early age, this aspect is worked on. For this reason, during this work, we begin by learning what gamification and emotional intelligence are, as well as the benefits that both aspects bring to students. Then, after knowing all this, an emotional intelligence workshop based on gamification is proposed whose objective is to help participants develop emotional skills and improve their ability to recognize, understand and regulate their own emotions, as well as the emotions of others.
