Situación de desempleo en mayores de 45 en España

Abstract

[ES]Este trabajo irá encaminado a analizar el mercado de trabajo español, así como la situación de desempleo estructural que se vive actualmente en España, en concreto en las personas mayores de cuarenta y cinco años. Para llevar a cabo este análisis será necesario profundizar en el mercado laboral, su estructura y estadísticas utilizadas para entenderlo mejor. Posteriormente se estudiarán aquellas variables que inciden en la lacra del desempleo así como el problema que nos ocupa, el desempleo en adultos, para finalizar con las diversas medidas puestas en marcha desde la Unión Europea y el Gobierno de España para corregir dicha situación.[EN]This project will be headed toward to analyze the Spanish labour market, and the situation of structural unemployment that currently lives Spain, particularly in people over forty five years. To carry out this analysis will be necessary to deepen the labour market, its structure and statistics used to better understand it. Eventually those variables that affect the scourge of unemployment and the problema at hand, unemployment in adults will be studied, ending with the various measures implemented by the European Union and the Govermment of Spain to remedy the situación.
