[EN] Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Executive Function (EF) are being widely studied in different areas. EI is increasingly being worked on in the Hight school, being given great importance at the legislative level. However, EF are less worked, although neuroeducation is a study area that is growing. A direct relationship has been found between EI and EF which, in addition, is supported by neuroanatomic data, therefore, this program works EI and EF to improve the academic, social, and personal development of the students from the three areas of counselling, namely, Tutorial Action, Attention to Diversity and Academic and Professional Guidance. Tutorial Action and Academic and Professional Guidance is aimed at students in the third year of ESO, while Attention to Diversity is provided for students in the first year of ESO and five people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who are schooled in a specific classroom.
