ANÁLISIS DE LAS PRINCIPALES CONTROVERSIAS JURISDICCIONALES DEL SECTOR ELÉCTRICO

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo analiza las principales controversias planteadas en los tribunales españoles en el ámbito del sector eléctrico. De esta manera examinaremos las diferentes responsabilidades civiles entre la comercializadora y la distribuidora eléctrica, los diferentes plazos de prescripción de las facturas de electricidad, y el fraude eléctrico a través de la manipulación de contadores. En síntesis, nos centraremos en la confrontación de derechos que se produce entre los consumidores y las empresas eléctricas.[EN] The present work analyzes the main controversies raised in the Spanish courts in the field of the electric sector. In this way we will examine the different civil liabilities between the distributor and the electric commercializer, the different prescription terms for electricity bills, and electrical fraud through the manipulation of meters. In summary, we will focus on the confrontation of rights that occurs between consumers and electricity companies.
