LA BURBUJA INMOBILIARIA. CRISIS ECONÓMICA DE 2008

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de fin de grado se va analizar diversas competencias en materia de la crisis inmobiliaria de 2008. Con el objetivo de que quede claro cuáles fueron los aspectos de mayor consecuencia para que este gran boom explotara. La apreciación del precio de viviendas y la evolución del precio de la vivienda en España. Uno de los grandes problemas que destaco esta crisis la ley de suelo, esta ley consistía en privatizar el mercado del suelo, la cual fue copiada por ayuntamientos y autonomías, consistía en aumentar el valor del terreno urbanizable y convertir el mercado del suelo en un negocio súper rentable para empresarios, se multiplicaría así las construcciones, se construirá más casas y había más oferta se producirá una bajada en los precios. El principal objetivo de este trabajo, consiste en reflejar la relación entre la crisis económica y la relación causa-efecto del sector inmobiliario.
