Auditoría a un plan de prevención de riesgos laborales

Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster pertenece a la asignatura trabajo fin de máster, dentro del máster de prevención de riesgos laborales en la especialidad de Seguridad en el Trabajo. Tal y como dice el título del mismo, se ha hecho una auditoría sobre el plan de prevención de riesgos laborales de la empresa Fesutek en Jamilena (Jaén), para comprobar si las medidas propuestas en la empresa se llevan a cabo o no. En los distintos puntos se ha analizado en una primera parte, las principales leyes o artículos más relacionados o importantes de la prevención de riesgos laborales. Después se han enumerado todos los riesgos que pueden existir en los distintos puestos de la empresa y como se podría implantar mejoras en la empresa a través de la planificación con la que cuenta la propia empresa. Por último, se ha comprobado si se han cumplido las medidas preventivas propuestas en el plan de prevención a través de entrevistas, preguntas a los trabajadores y a la persona encargada en la empresa de la prevención de riesgos laborales.

[EN] This Master's Thesis belongs to the subject of the Master's thesis, within the Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention in the Occupational Safety specialty. As the title of it says, an audit has been carried out on the occupational risk prevention plan of the company Fesutek in Jamilena (Jaén), to check if the measures proposed in the company are carried out or not. In the different points, the main laws or the most related or important articles on the prevention of occupational hazards have been analyzed in the first part. Then all the risks that may exist in the different positions of the company have been listed and how improvements could be implemented in the company through the planning that the company itself has. Finally, it has been verified whether the preventive measures proposed in the prevention plan have been fulfilled through interviews, questions to the workers and to the person in charge of the prevention of occupational risks in the company.
