LA COMPETENCIA DE EMPLEO EN INMIGRANTES

Abstract

Este documento conforma el Trabajo de Fin de Grado cuyo tema es la competencia de empleo en inmigrantes. Para ello nos hemos válido de la investigación sobre la evolución de la inmigración, las causas, los efectos provocados, los tipos de contratos laborales y tipos de autorizaciones laborales. Hemos utilizado herramientas como la entrevista semi-estructurada de las cuales hemos extraído unas conclusiones relevantes para revelar cuales son las categorías que ejercen una influencia destacada en la formación para la inserción laboral de los inmigrantes

For this we have validated the research on the evolution of immigration, the causes, the effects provoked, the types of labor contracts and types of authorizations Working conditions.
