This Final Degree Project pursues the bibliographic review of the main studies on inequalities in the labor market between men and women. On the one hand, we want to analyze the evolution in access to the labor market between men and women in Spain. On the other hand, we want to investigate the causes that generate inequality, thus making an approach to feminist theories and studies on gender roles and stereotypes; reproduction and care for children, dependents or the disabled; existence or not of family conciliation and co-responsibility; development and integration into the labor market; unequal use of time; dynamics such as the glass ceiling or sticky floor, among others. In short, this Final Degree Project aims to analyze the persistence of gender inequalities in recent decades in Spain
