Distribución vertical de la fauna de doriláimidos (nematoda: Dorylaimida) en un suelo de olivar

Resumen
[ES] Se han estudiado 1270 nematodos doriláimidos de 29 muestras de suelo de olivar en la provincia de Jaén, e identificado 17 especies de 14 géneros y seis familias. Las especies tienen una distribución geográfica diversa: cosmopolita, holártica, mediterránea e ibérica. La comunidad nematológica está dominada por Aporcelaimellus obtusicaudatus, cuya abundancia condiciona la de las demás especies. La distribución vertical de la abundancia total sigue un modelo decreciente, pero no así la de la diversidad o la riqueza específica. Las especies consideradas individualmente muestran tendencias distintas.
[EN] Dorylaimid fauna associated with 29 soil samples collected from an olive orchard in Jaén province is studied. 1270 specimens belonging to 17 species, 14 genera and six families have been identified. Geographical spread of species is highly variable as cosmopolitan, Holarctic, Mediterranean and lberian forms are present. Nematode community is dominated by Aporcelaimellus obtusicaudatus, whose high abundance values affect those of other species. Vertical (depth) distribution of dorylaimid abundance shows a decreasing pattern, which is not perceptible for diversity or species richness. Vertical distribution of particular species shows different tendencies in their vertical distribution.
