Resumen
[ES]El objetivo de este estudio ha sido comprobar la influencia que tiene la actividad física realizada en el tiempo libre sobre la alimentación emocional. Participan un total de 48 docentes de los institutos públicos de la capital de Jaén, donde 24 de ellos hacen referencia a todo el profesorado de educación física de dichos centros. Los instrumentos utilizados son el Cuestionario de Comedor Emocional (CCE) y el Physical Activity Questionnaire 2. Los resultados se obtuvieron tras realizar dos tipos de análisis; en el primero, mediante correlaciones, se ha encontrado que los docentes de Educación Física son menos comedores emocionales que el grupo de profesorado del resto de las asignaturas y, además, realizan más práctica deportiva que dicho grupo. En el segundo análisis, regresión lineal, los resultados afirman que hay una influencia positiva entre realizar actividad física y ser un comedor emocional.
[EN]The aim of this study was to find the influence of physical activity realized in the free time on the emotional feeding. In this study involved a total of 48 teachers of public institutes of the capital of Jaén, where 24 of them make reference to all the faculty of Physical Education of this centres. The instruments used for dimensions are the Emotional Eater Questionnaire (EEQ) and the Physical Activity Questionnaire 2. The results were obtained through two types of analysis; in the first, through correlations, showed that the teachers of Physical Education are less emotional eater that the group of teachers of other subjects and, in addition, they practice more physical activity in the free time that said group. In the second analysis, regression linear, the results say that there is an positive influence between practice physical activity and be an emotional eater.
