Resumen
La sociedad limitada nueva empresa es una sociedad considerada como un subtipo de la sociedad de responsabilidad limitada. Con un objeto social muy amplio y genérico, la SLNE tendrá un número máximo de 5 socios en el momento de constituirse, de los cuales uno de ellos pondrá su nombre y apellidos junto a un código alfanumérico y la referencia al tipo social para formar la denominación social. El capital mínimo de la sociedad será de 3000€, que deberán ser entregados en su totalidad en el momento de constituirse y un máximo de 5000€. Se organiza mediante dos órganos, la Junta General y el órgano de administración que podrá ser unipersonal o pluripersonal. Como novedad de este tipo social: su constitución podrá hacerse de forma telemática mediante el DUE y además gozará de ciertos beneficios fiscales.
