Razones para la transformación de las Administraciones Públicas

Abstract

[ES] Durante este trabajo veremos la evolución de la gestión pública del siglo XX, pasando por las distintas etapas, hasta llegar a la nueva gestión pública. Además, veremos cómo funciona la Administración general del Estado española y explicaremos que es la e-Administración y como es en España.

[EN] During this work, we will see the evolution of the public management of the 20th century, going through the different stages, until arriving at the new public management. In addition, we will see how the General Administration of the Spanish State works and explaining what electronic administration is and how it is in Spain.
