EL IMPACTO DE LOS ESTUDIOS QUEER EN LA EDUCACIÓN. EL FOMENTO DE UN MODELO SEXISTA

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo analiza el impacto de los Estudios Queer en la educación; empezando por un repaso de los orígenes, fundamentos y evolución de esta teoría y terminando por hacer especial enfoque en la propuesta del Anteproyecto de Ley Trans y sus efectos en los menores dentro y fuera de la institución educativa. Por último, se elaborará una Unidad Didáctica que promueva, a través de la lengua y la literatura, la educación en diversidad y la abolición de género con un enfoque interdisciplinar.

[EN] This thesis analyses the impact of Queer Studies on education, starting with a review of the origins, foundations and evolution of this theory and ending with a special focus on the proposal of the Draft Trans Law and its effects on minors inside and outside from the educational institution. Finally, a Didactic Unit will be developed that promotes, through language and literature, education in diversity and the abolition of gender with an interdisciplinary approach.
