Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo trata de investigar las controversias de la accesoriedad dentro del sistema diferenciador, de la figura de la inducción, a través de las nuevas corrientes, como producto de conseguir una unificación de la inducción con las demás categorías generales de la teoría jurídica del delito y por último, la problemática del omnímodo facturus.

[EN] The present work tries to investigate the controversies of the accessoriety in the differentiating system, of the figure of the induction, through the new currents, as a result of achieving a unification of the induction with the other general categories of the theory of the crime and finally, the problem of the omnímodo facturus.
