ORIENTACIÓN LABORAL COMO MEDIDA DE INCLUSIÓN SOCIOLABORAL: PERSPECTIVA DESDE EL ÁMBITO DE LA DISCAPACIDAD

Abstract

La entrada al mundo laboral no es lo mismo para todas las personas ni brinda oportunidades por igual. En la actualidad, nos encontramos con determinados colectivos con numerosos obstáculos para acceder, puesto que hay una considerable estigmatización respecto a ellos por parte de la ciudadanía. El colectivo de personas con discapacidad consideramos que es uno de ellos.

Además, la pretensión de este trabajo es exponer los programas de orientación e inserción sociolaboral que se ejecutan en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía para solucionar las necesidades presentadas por los individuos que están en estas circunstancias.

Entry into the world of work is not the same for all people and does not provide opportunities equally. At present, we find certain groups with numerous obstacles to access, since there is considerable stigmatization of them by citizens. The group of people with disabilities consider that it is one of them.

In addition, the aim of this work is to expose the programs of orientation and socio-labor insertion that are carried out in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia to solve the needs presented by the individuals who are in these circumstances.
