EL USO DEL TIEMPO Y EL MERCADO LABORAL: ALTERNATIVAS DE LA ECONOMÍA FEMINISTA EN TIEMPOS COVID

Abstract

Estudio descriptivo que tiene como objetivo poner de manifiesto las diferencias en los usos del tiempo entre los hombres y las mujeres de nuestro país, acentuando las desigualdades de género en el mercado laboral. También se pretende visibilizar cómo ha influido la construcción de la disciplina económica en dicha problemática, además de sintetizar algunas de las propuestas planteadas por la Economía Feminista, ya que la situación se ha incrementado a raíz de la pandemia covid19. Se ha realizado una propuesta de investigación orientada a conseguir la igualdad real entre hombres y mujeres en su día a día

Descriptive study that aims to highlight the differences in the uses of time between men and women in our country, accentuating gender inequalities in the labor market. It is also intended to make visible how the construction of economic discipline has influenced in this problem, in addition to synthesizing some of the proposals raised by the Feminist Economy, since the situation has increased as a result of the covid19 pandemic. A research proposal has been made aimed at achieving real equality between men and women in their day-to-day lives
