Accidentes cerebrales como generadores de problemas sociales en la provincia de Jaén

Abstract

[ES] El Trabajo Fin de Grado recoge un proyecto de investigación llevado a cabo en la Unidad de Neurorehabilitación del Hospital Universitario “Doctor Sagaz” del Complejo Hospitalario de Jaén con el objetivo de profundizar en el conocimiento del Ictus o Accidentes Cerebro Vasculares (ACV), la incidencia de la enfermedad en la ciudad de Jaén y su provincia teniendo en cuenta la variable de género, sus consecuencias sobre la salud de las personas y el papel del Trabajo Social en este ámbito. Los Ictus o ACV constituyen una enfermedad crónica para la persona que lo padece y éstas quedan en una situación de dependencia y experimentan una serie de graves consecuencias sobre su salud física, psíquica y en su relación con el entorno social. Es por ello, que se pone de manifiesto la necesidad de iniciar un proceso de intervención y rehabilitación con la persona afectada y su familia de forma paralela.

[EN] The Work end of degree gathers a project of investigation carried out in Neurorehabilitación's Unit of the University Hospital " Doctor Sagaz " of the Hospitable Complex of Jaen with the aim to penetrate into the knowledge of the Ictus or Accidents Brain Vascular (ACV), the incident of the disease in the city of Jaen and his province having in it counts the variable of kind, his consequences on the health of the persons and the paper of the Social Work in this area. The Ictus or ACV constitute a chronic disease for the person who suffers it and these stay in a situation of dependence and experience a series of serious consequences on his physical, psychic health and in his relation with the social environment. It is for it, which reveals the need to initiate a process of intervention and rehabilitation with the affected person and his family of parallel form.
