REINSERCIÓN SOCIAL EN LA DELINCUENCIA CONTRA LA SEGURIDAD VIAL

Abstract

En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado, se desarrolla un análisis teórico que tiene como principal objetivo analizar la pena de Trabajos en Beneficio de la Comunidad (TBC) vinculada a los comportamientos delictivos contra la seguridad vial. Además, se hace un estudio sobre la distinta tipología de los principales delitos contra la seguridad vial recogidos legalmente, aportando datos estadísticos para enfatizar el impacto de los mismos en la sociedad. Asimismo, se estudian los Talleres de actividades en materia de Seguridad Vial (TASEVAL), acentuando su gran valor formativo y reeducador. Finalmente, se desarrolla el papel de los Servicios Sociales Penitenciarios en las penas TBC y las funciones desarrolladas por los/as Trabajadores/as en la ejecución de los talleres TASEVAL.

In the present End of Degree Project, a theoretical analysis is developed on the Works for the Benefit of the Community, making reference to the importance of reintegration and social reeducation for the achievement of the purpose of resocializing the penalties. In addition, as a central objective of this work, I carry out a study aimed at the Road Safety Workshops (TASEVAL), accentuating the great training and reeducation value that these offer. In the same way, I analyze the types of profiles of the people condemned to Works for the Benefit of the Community and I expose the type of crimes against road safety included in the Criminal Code, providing numerical data to emphasize the impact that these crimes have on society. Finally, I develop the relevance of the role of Social Work in the Works for the Benefit of the Community in general and in the execution of the TASEVAL workshops.
