Abstract

[ES] El objetivo principal de este Trabajo Fin de Grado es estudiar las técnicas PERT/CPM a través de una revisión teórico-práctica. Los métodos PERT/CPM nos ayudan a planificar, programar y controlar proyectos complejos, compuestos por actividades relacionadas entre sí, con el fin de optimizar su desarrollo y garantizar su ejecución dentro de un plazo establecido y de la forma más económica posible. En primer lugar, se realizará una revisión teórica de dichos métodos, así como de los diferentes conceptos y herramientas necesarias para su aplicación. En segundo lugar, este análisis teórico se ilustrará mediante un caso práctico que se resolverá con la ayuda del paquete informático POM-QM®.

[EN]The main goal of this Final Degree Project is to study the PERT/CPM techniques through a theoretical-practical review. The PERT/CPM methods allow us to plan, programme and control complex projects, which are composed of linked activities, in order to optimize their development and ensure that they are implemented within a fixed time period and in the most economical way. First of all, a theoretical overview will be given, including a review of the different concepts and necessary tools. Secondly, this theoretical analysis will be illustrated by a practical case that will be solved with the help of the software POM-QM®.
