Abstract

Este Trabajo Fin de Máster tiene por objetivo el diseño y elaboración de una unidad didáctica sobre Geometría Plana, para su implementación en un aula de tercer curso de la Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria. Dicha unidad se basará en fundamentaciones previas a nivel epistemológico, didáctico y curricular. Se prestará especial atención a las dificultades presentadas por el alumnado y se realizará un enfoque desde diversas actividades innovadoras, junto con estrategias metodológicas que doten de sentido real a los contenidos matemáticos. Ello persigue una mayor implicación y motivación por parte de alumnado, al mismo tiempo que fomentar el trabajo en grupo, la autonomía, la confianza y el pensamiento crítico. En cuanto a la fundamentación epistemológica, se desarrollará el tema de oposiciones “Razón de semejanza en el plano. Consecuencias. Teorema de Thales. Razones trigonométricas.” partiendo del concepto de homotecia en Álgebra Lineal.

The main goal of the present End of Degree Project is the design of a didactic unit on Plane Geometry, aimed at the third year of Educación Secundaria Obligatoria. This unit is based upon previous foundations at three different levels: epistemological, didactic and educational. Special attention will be paid to the difficulties shown by the students. This will be supported by some innovative activities, as well as by some methodological strategies providing a real-life meaning to the mathematical contents. This pursues a deeper involvement and motivation of the students, plus a foster of the work in groups, autonomy, self-confidence and critical thinking at the same time. Concerning the epistemological foundations, we will develop the topic of the syllabus for public examinations entitled “Razón de semejanza en el plano. Consecuencias. Teorema de Thales. Razones trigonométricas.” This will be carried out on the basis of the concept of homothety in Linear Algebra.
