Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo se enfoca en la impulsividad y la falta de autocontrol en niños, especialmente,
entre 2 y 6 años de edad. En los niños, este déficit en el control inhibitorio influye en el
comportamiento. Tomando en cuenta que, como resultado, pueden desarrollar un trastorno de
hiperactividad, déficit de atención, problemas de aprendizaje y hasta fracaso escolar. Por esa
razón, resulta idóneo crear un programa de intervención en el control de los impulsos de los
niños a fin de fomentar el autocontrol como factor de protección de problemas de conducta,
para así, guiarlos hacia una mejor calidad de vida, desde sus primeros años.
Concluyendo en la importancia del apoyo a este tipo de programas, para poder alcanzar con
éxito las diferentes facetas de la vida. Impulsando así, mejores conductas sociales y por ende
obtener una sociedad más prospera por ser una sociedad más autocontrolada.
[EN] This project focuses on impulsivity and lack of self-control in children, especially between 2 and 6 years of age. In children, this deficit in inhibitory control influences behavior. Taking into consideration, as a result, they can develop hyperactivity disorder, attention deficit, learning problems and even school failure. For this reason, it is ideal to create an intervention program in the control of children's impulses in order to promote self-control as a protective factor against behavior problems, to guide them towards a better quality of life, from their early years. Concluding on the importance of supporting this type of program, in order to successfully reach the different facets of life. Thus, promoting better social behaviors and therefore obtaining a more prosperous society because it is a more self-controlled society.
