SÍNTESIS DE MÚSICA SINFÓNICA DE ALTO REALISMO

Abstract

[ES] Este Trabajo Fin de Grado se centrará en la realización de un sintetizador de piano. Para ello se partirá de un archivo en formato MIDI como entrada y se tendrá como salida un archivo de piano sintetizado en formato .wav. La elaboración de dicho sintetizador se llevará a cabo mediante la implementación en Matlab de: • Osciladores frecuenciales • Caracterización del timbre mediante la relación entre las amplitudes de los armónicos • Modulaciones de amplitud para conseguir envolventes temporales • Duración de las notas a sintetizar • Intensidad con la que cada nota es interpretada En primer lugar, se realizará una fase de entrenamiento para conseguir la envolvente temporal. También se obtendrá la caracterización del modelo de timbre del piano mediante las amplitudes de los armónicos. Por último, se procederá a la realización de la síntesis en sí. [EN] This dissertation will focus on the development of a piano synthesizer. A file in MIDI format will be used as input and a piano file synthesized in .wav format will be output. This synthesizer will be carried out through the implementation in Matlab of: • Frequency oscillators • Characterization of the timbre (the relationship between the harmonics’ amplitudes) • Amplitude modulations to get time envelopes • Duration and intensity of the notes First of all, the time envelope will be obtained by a training phase. The characterization of the piano timbre model will be obtained through the amplitudes of the harmonics. Finally, the synthesis process will be done.
