Abstract

[ES]La inmigración en España ha variado considerablemente en las últimas décadas, pasando de ser una migración mayormente desarrollada por los hombres, donde la mujer ocupaba un puesto secundario, a una feminización de los procesos migratorios, siendo el eje principal de la cadena migratoria. Esta situación es favorecida por el desarrollo del sector servicios y cuidados en nuestro país, donde se requiere de una mano de obra femenina. El aumento de las migraciones femeninas, están favoreciendo el incremento e interés de su estudio desde una perspectiva de género, debido al importante sesgo de género establecido en el sector cuidados.[EN]Inmigration in Spain has changed considerably in recent decades, from being a migration developed mainly by men, where women occupied a secondary position, a feminization of migration processes, the main axis of the migratory chain. this situation is favored by the development of services and care sector in our country, where it requires a high female labor. increasing female migration, they are favoring the increase and interest of its study a gender perspective, due to the significant gendes bias established in the care sector.
