[EN] With the objective to know the arachnid communities of the region of the Bay of Cádiz, a series of samplings have been carried out in two pine forest areas belonging to Puerto Real: the Pinar de la Algaida and Las Canteras. These samplings have been done between the summer of 2020 and June 2021. In this study, a total of 289 spiders belonging to 24 families, 34 genera and 31 species were collected. The families Theridiidae, Salticidae and Linyphiidae stand out due to their large presence. The rarefaction curves reveal that the populations in the two sampling areas are similar in terms of expected species. The Jaccard index shows us that the families in the two zones are practically identical. As for the taxa found, we can observe significant differences between the two zones. A first approach has been made towards the use of mitochondrial barcoding of the COI gene for future sequencing.
