Resumen
[ES]Este trabajo trata de la educación medioambiental y como mediante el ocio y el
tiempo libre se puede educar a la sociedad para prevenir daños en el Medio ambiente.
Comenzaremos definiendo que entendemos por medio ambiente y seguiremos
definiendo la educación medioambiental, comenzando por su historia. Seguiremos
comentando como actúa el Sistema Educativo con respecto a la educación
medioambiental, comentando alguno de los proyectos, programas y actividades que se
llevan a cabo en los colegios e institutos españoles y en especial en Andalucía, como
son los huertos escolares, las auditorias escolares, los itinerarios ambientales y el
Proyecto Aldea. Posteriormente seguiremos con la educación no formal y con las
actividades de educación medioambiental en la naturaleza, mencionando donde
principalmente tendría cabida la figura del animador/a sociocultural, comentando su
perfil profesional.
Desarrollaremos una programación del ciclo formativo de Animación Sociocultural
y Turística del IES Jabalcuz, de Jaén, para el módulo de actividades de ocio y tiempo
libre, y la unidad didáctica de actividades en el medio natural.

[EN]This final project is about environmental education and as through leisure and free time the sociocultural animators can educate society to prevent damage to the environment. We will begin by defining what we mean by environment and we will continue to define environmental education, beginning with its history. We will continue commenting on how the Educational System acts with respect to environmental education, commenting on some of the projects, programs and activities that are carried out in Spanish schools and high schools and especially in Andalusia, such as school gardens, school audits, the environmental itineraries and the Village Project. Subsequently, we will continue with non-formal education and with environmental education activities in nature, mentioning where the figure of the socio-cultural animator would mainly fit, commenting on his professional profile. We will develop a program of the Sociocultural and Tourist Animation training cycle of IES Jabalcuz, in Jaén, for the module of leisure and free time activities, and the didactic unit of activities in the natural environment.
