Resumen
El uso adecuado de las habilidades sociales es una de las estrategias más importantes a la hora de enfrentarse a las demandas que presenta la sociedad actual. Por lo que los centros educativos deberían asumir la enseñanza de capacidades que mejoren dichas habilidades. Para ello se propone un programa de orientación e intervención psicopedagógica para la enseñanza y/o mejora de las habilidades sociales en los tres ámbitos de la orientación. En el ámbito de acción tutorial se trabajarán las habilidades sociales para la mejora de las relaciones y saber desenvolverse en el contexto cultural actual; en el ámbito de orientación académica y profesional se trabajarán las habilidades sociales que permitan al alumnado crecer profesionalmente para un futuro laboral; y en el ámbito de atención a la diversidad se trabajará la inteligencia emocional como mejora de las habilidades sociales en el alumnado con trastorno del espectro autista.
The appropriate use of social skills is one of the most important strategies when we face the demands presented by the current society. For this reason, schools must assume teaching capacities that allow the improvement of social skills. In order to achieve that, a psychopedagogical educational orientation and intervention program is proposed for teaching and / or improvement of social skills in the three areas of guidance. In the area of tutorial action the social skills will be worked for the improvement of relationships and the knowledge on how to behave in the current cultural context; in the area of academic and professional guidance we will work the social skills that allow the student to grow professionally for future employment; and in the area of attention to diversity we will work emotional intelligence as a betterment of social skills in students who suffer autism spectrum disorder.
