DISEÑO PARAMÉTRICO DE UN MOLDE DE INYECCIÓN DE PLÁSTICO PARA LA FABRICACIÓN DE COMPONENTES DE PLÁSTICO, MEDIANTE UN SOFTWARE CAD COMERCIAL

Abstract

El proyecto ha sido redactado como Trabajo de Fin de Grado de la titulación de Ingeniería Mecánica de la Escuela Politécnica Superior de Jaén, perteneciente a la Universidad de Jaén. El objetivo del documento consiste en exponer la metodología y pasos seguidos para llevar a cabo el diseño normalizado de un molde de inyección de plásticos mediante el software CAD Catia V5, así como la introducción y breve enseñanza de los elementos que forman un molde de inyección. Para ello se facilitará explicaciones, planos, imágenes obtenidas del software Catia V5, entre otros más recursos.

The project has been written as a Final Degree Project for the Mechanical Engineering degree from the Higher Polytechnic School of Jaén, belonging to the University of Jaén. The objective of the document is to present the methodology and steps followed to carry out the standardized design of a plastic injection mold using the Catia V5 CAD software, as well as the introduction and brief teaching of the elements that make up an injection mold. For this, explanations, plans, images obtained from the Catia V5 software, among other resources, will be provided.
