This workshop aims to work on employability and autonomy in the active search for employment in adults and young people through intergenerational education. This education brings many benefits. On the one hand, they learn from each other, in knowledge, experiences, attitudes, while, at the same time, they work on skills, enhance relationships and social ties between generations and improve the values of respect, cooperation and participation. This learning takes place through lifelong learning, since this education is the one that takes place throughout life in our daily lives, not only in school. There are many articles that support this theory and these benefits. In the past, these programs were created to solve problems presented by the different generations, but nowadays they are used in community work.
