Resumen
Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar y exponer los riesgos
laborales existentes en el sector agrícola.
El trabajo está dividido en tres partes diferenciadas. Primero se
encuentran los aspectos formales relativos a la legislación,
principalmente a la Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
En segundo lugar, como parte donde se ha centrado mayormente el
estudio, se encuentra el plan de prevención de riesgos laborales de
la cooperativa de aceite San Isidro, situada en Los Villares (Jaén),
donde se confeccionan tres documentos relativos al plan,
evaluación de riesgos y planificación de la prevención, exponiendo
los riesgos encontrados en sus instalaciones y el intento de
eliminarlos o reducirlos todo lo posible.
En la parte final, se realiza un análisis de la situación actual
provocada por el COVID-19 y se establecen una serie de medidas
preventivas orientadas a reducir su impacto en los empleados de la
cooperativa y en el trabajo de los socios agricultores de la misma.
This end of degree’s project has as its main objective to analyse and expose the existing labour risks in the agricultural sector. The project is divided in three parts. First, the formal aspects related to the legislation, mainly the Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. The second section, which covers the main area of study, presents the labour risks’ prevention plan by San Isidro’s olive oil cooperative located in Los Villares (Jaén). In that cooperative, there are three planning documents related to the plan, evaluation of the risks and prevention’s planning, the exposition of the risks found inside their facilities, and finally, their attempt to eliminate or reduce them as much as possible. The last part serves as a conclusion, first it develops an analysis of the recent situation motivated by COVID-19, which establishes a set of preventive measures oriented towards a reduction of the impact among the workers from the cooperative, and the work of the agricultural members from that said cooperative.
