EL OLEOTURISMO COMO ALTERNATIVA DE DIVERSIFICACIÓN ECONÓMICA DE LAS ALMAZARAS JIENNENSES.

Abstract

En este Trabajo Fin de Grado se estudia el Oleoturismo en la provincia de Jaén como un fenómeno económico de naturaleza turística reciente y con importantes expectativas de crecimiento a largo plazo y potencial elemento de diversificación para las almazaras jiennenses. Para comenzar, trataremos de explicar las distintas corrientes ideológicas extraídas de diversas fuentes literarias para así entender a grandes rasgos de que trata este término y como lo conceptualizan aquellos autores que se han encargado de investigar y estudiar el tema en cuestión. Esto nos ayudará a introducirnos en el tema para posteriormente profundizar en aquellos aspectos más interesantes relacionados con las potencialidades económicas que surgen para las almazaras. Para ello conoceremos que actividades engloba el oleoturismo, de dónde y cómo surge, cuál es su principal objetivo y como se trata este tipo de turismo. Para finalizar, analizaremos las conclusiones.

In this Final Degree Project, Oleotourism in the province of Jaén is studied as an economic phenomenon of a recent tourist nature and with important expectations of long-term growth and potential element of diversification for the Jaén oil mills. To begin, we will try to explain the different ideological currents extracted from various literary sources in order to understand broadly what this term is about and how those authors who have been in charge of investigating and studying the subject in question conceptualize it. This will help us to introduce ourselves in the subject to later delve into those more interesting aspects related to the economic potential that arise for the mills. For this we will know what activities include oil tourism, where and how it arises, what is its main objective and how this type of tourism is treated. To finish, we will analyze the conclusions.
