DISEÑO DE UN SISTEMA PRESUPUESTARIO EMPRESARIAL: CAFETERÍA-LIBRERÍA

Abstract

[ES] Actualmente, el sector de las cafeterías se encuentra en una etapa de madurez, y aunque es un sector con gran importancia, es necesario buscar formas para innovar. En este caso, hemos decidido combinar la venta de libros, así como la posibilidad de leerlos en el local, a una cafetería. El propósito es crear un lugar de reunión y ocio como es una cafetería, impulsando la lectura. En este trabajo se ha diseñado un sistema presupuestario para un negocio de nueva creación en la ciudad de Jaén, con el objetivo de saber si una cafetería-librería sería rentable. En estos presupuestos analizaremos tres posibles escenarios: el realista, el optimista y el pesimista. Además, hemos hecho un estudio de mercado, con un análisis de la competencia, análisis DAFO y Plan de Marketing. En último lugar, interpretaremos los resultados obtenidos elaborando el balance de situación y la cuenta de resultados previsionales.

[EN] Currently, the sector of cafeteria is in a maturity phase, and although is a sector with great importance, is necessary look other ways to innovate. In this case, we have decided combine the sales books, such us the possibility of read it in premise and a cafeteria. The purpose is create a place of meeting and leisure like is a cafeteria, boost the lecture. In this work is design a budget system for a business of new creation situated in the city of Jaén, with the objective of know if a cafeteria-books shop will be profitable. In these budgets we will analyse three possible settings: realistic, optimistic and pessimistic. Moreover, we have done a market research, with an analysis of competence, SWOT analysis and marketing plan. Finally, we will interpret results obtained elaborating the balance sheet and the income statements projected.
