ANÁLISIS DEL PROGRAMA DE INTERVENCIÓN PARA AGRESORES DESDE EL TRABAJO SOCIAL

Abstract

[ES] La progresiva concienciación de la sociedad causada por los movimientos sociales y la creación de leyes específicas están logrando múlt iples avances en la lucha contra la violencia de género. Pero para consegu ir la erradicación de esta problemática es imprescindible que se trabaje con todos los actores que intervienen en la misma y especialmente con los causantes, los victimarios. Con el presente trabajo se pretende ana lizar el Programa de Intervención para Agresores que se está llevando a cabo en las prisiones Españolas desde la perspectiva del trabajo social, con el objetivo de rea lizar propuestas de mejora en base a las hipótesis marcadas. Teniendo como idea que impulsa este trabajo la imposibilidad de acabar con la vio lencia de género y proporcionar una seguridad real a las víctimas de la misma, sin un trabajo continuo y multidisciplinar sobre los victimarios.

[EN] Spanish society has experienced a gradual societal consciousness about gender violence, caused by social movements and the creation of specific laws. Thanks to th at, t here are substantial improvements re lated to gender violence nowadays. Neverthe less, if we want to obtain the eradication of the problem, we have to work with all the actors who appear in it, especially with the people responsible for the problems, the aggressors. What we are mainly concerned with is the lntervention Program for Aggressors, it is well established in Spanish prisons and we want to analyze it from a Social Work point of view, with the aim of proposing improvements that are based on the hypothesis. In conclusion, the motive that drives this research is t he need of carrying out a continuous and mult idiscipl inary work with the aggressors, in other words, we have to do it if we want to fini sh with gender vio len ce and to provide rea l safety to the victims.
