EFECTIVIDAD DE LA INFORMACIÓN ESCRITA DE CALIDAD EN LA ADHERENCIA A LOS CUIDADOS Y LA SATISFACCIÓN CON EL PROGRAMA DE NEURO-REHABILITACIÓN EN CUIDADORAS/ES DE AFECTADOS POR DAÑO CEREBRAL ADQUIRIDO: UN PROTOCOLO DE ENSAYO CLÍNICO

[ES]Se ha diseñado un nuevo dossier informativo destinado a cuidadoras/es de afectados por DCA. En una
segunda fase se propone un ECA de tres grupos paralelos, donde se analizará la efectividad de la
información escrita desarrollada en la fase anterior. Población: cuidadoras/es emergentes de pacientes
afectados de DCA y atendidos en la unidad de Rehabilitación Neurológica del Complejo Hospitalario de Jaén.
Se establece un grupo control, que recibirá un tríptico informativo, y otros dos grupos experimentales, que
recibirán el nuevo dossier, uno de ellos con entrevista al alta que reforzará la información entregada y el
otro sin este refuerzo. Variables de estudio: la satisfacción evaluada mediante el cuestionario de satisfacción
de Pound y la adherencia a los cuidados evaluada a través de una batería de preguntas ad hoc. Estas
medidas se tomarán tras el alta hospitalaria: a los quince días, a los tres meses y a los seis meses.
[EN]A new information dossier has been designed for carers of people affected by ABD. In a second phase, a RCT of three parallel groups is proposed, where the effectiveness of the written information developed in the previous phase will be analysed. Population: emerging caregivers of patients affected by ABD and treated in the Neurological Rehabilitation Unit of the Hospital Complex of Jaén. A control group is established, which will receive an information leaflet, and two other experimental groups, which will receive the new dossier, one of them with a discharge interview that will reinforce the information provided and the other without this reinforcement. Study variables: the satisfaction assessed by means of the Pound satisfaction questionnaire and the adherence to care assessed by means of a battery of ad hoc questions. These measures will be taken after discharge from hospital: fifteen days, three months and six months.
