Resumen
[ES]El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster tiene como objetivo el análisis y la evaluación de la logística interna y el transporte en la empresa de distribución Luis Piña, S.A. con el objetivo de identificar aspectos a mejorar y proponer soluciones a implantar desde la óptica de Lean Management. Para ello se han analizado los flujos de información y bienes que integran la logística de esta empresa. Una vez realizado este análisis, se ha procedido a la evaluación de los datos e información tomados, para, de esta formar plantear propuestas de mejora en todo el proceso logístico acordes a los principios y técnicas de la Logística Lean buscando mejorar los resultados competitivos de este grupo empresarial en el sector de la distribución de gran consumo.
[EN]The main objective of this Master's thesis is to analyze and evaluate the internal logistics and transport of the distribution company Luis Piña, S.A, with the purpose of identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to be implemented from the perspective of Lean Management. To carry out this work we have analyzed the flow of information and goods that make up the logistics of this company, which has a single centralized distribution serves all outlets almost daily store. Once this analysis has been completed, we proceeded to the evaluation of the data and information obtained to raise ideas for improvement in line with the principles and techniques of Lean Logistics, seeking to improve the competitive performance of this business group in the field of consumer distribution.
