LA EVOLUCIÓN DEL MERCADO DE ALQUILER EN JAÉN CAPITAL

Abstract

El presente trabajo analiza la evolución de los precios por m2, así como la de distintas variables que influyen de manera relevante en estos, dentro del mercado de alquiler inmobiliario de la ciudad de Jaén en el período comprendido entre 2009 y 2019. Para ello, se establecen unas bases a través de la presentación general de la situación que el sector inmobiliario ha venido experimentando en España, Andalucía y Jaén, para continuar con el citado análisis acerca de la capital jiennense y las distintas zonas en las que esta está dividida, todo ello con el motivo final de obtener una serie de conclusiones. This work analyzes the evolution of prices per m2, as well as the evolution of different variables that have a significant influence on these, within the real estate rental market in the city of Jaén in the period between 2009 and 2019. To do this, some bases are established through the general presentation of the situation that the real estate sector has been experiencing in Spain, Andalusia and Jaén, to continue with the aforementioned analysis about the “jiennense” capital and the different areas in which it is divided, all of this with the purpose of drawing a list of conclusions.
