Since the cinema emerged, or also known as the “seventh art”, his involvement in human life has been unparalleled. It is not surprising that the History of Art, an activity fully associated with the human being, coexisted with it and came together to generate films that portrayed the most important artists in history. Thus, just as films were made for figures such as Michelangelo, Frida Kahlo or Van Gogh, this work focuses on the relationship between Picasso and cinema and the Spanish educational context. This TFM will show how the artist from Malaga was a staunch participant in this art; In addition, we will inform the specific students of the evolution of publishers in the dissemination of the life and work of Picasso. Thus, and together with a strong didactic component, we will use the audiovisual resources that Spanish history has been creating and the actives methodologies of the 21 st century, to develop a complete work that combines two of the greatest creations coming from the human hand: cinema and art.
