(ES)Tras comprobar que el optimismo y resiliencia son factores protectores y se correlacionan positivamente con
una mayor resistencia al estrés y a las altas demandas deportivas, así como a una mejor salud mental en el
deporte, el principal objetivo de esta propuesta de intervención es proporcionar entrenamiento en optimismo
y resiliencia a un grupo experimental de jugadoras senior de baloncesto para disminuir sus niveles de
síndrome de burnout, así como para aumentar el rendimiento deportivo de las mismas. Se han diseñado siete
sesiones en las que se implementarán actividades diseñadas desde el enfoque de la Psicología Positiva para
fortalecer la fortaleza de optimismo y potenciar la capacidad resiliente, con la finalidad de contribuir a mejorar
el bienestar integral de las jugadoras.
(EN)After confirming that optimism and resilience are protective factors and positively correlate with greater stress resistance and higher sports demands, as well as better mental health in sports, the main objective of this intervention proposal is to provide optimism and resilience training to an experimental group of senior basketball players to decrease their levels of burnout syndrome and enhance their athletic performance. Seven sessions have been designed in which activities will be implemented from a Positive Psychology approach to strengthen optimism and enhance resilient capacity, with the aim of contributing to improving the overall well-being of the players.
