Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio consistió en encontrar conmorbilidad entre Ansiedad Social y otros trastornos. Algunos de ellos son: Agorafobia y Trastorno de Pánico. Según la literatura, el origen de estas alteraciones se debe a un miedo en la infancia debido al no desarrollo adecuado de un vinculo con la madre "vínculo inseguro". Este trastorno es importante pues se generaliza a otras situaciones sociales dificultando esta interacción. ¿Por qué elegimos Ansiedad Social? debido al grado incapacitante y sufrimiento que supone a la persona que lo padece pues en la mayor parte de nuestras áreas vitales están presentes personas, tarde o temprano tendría que exponerse a esta situación y se debe realizar un entrenamiento apropiado para quien padezca de esta problemática.The objective of this study consisted in finding commobility between Social Anxiety and other disorders. Some of them are: Agoraphobia and Panic Disorder. According to the literature, the origin these alterations is due to a fear in childhood due to the inadequate development of a bond with the mother "insecure bond". This disorder is important because it is generalized to other social situations making this interaction difficult. Why do we choose Social Anxiety? Due to the incapacitating degree and suffering that it supposes to the person who suffers it because in most of our vital areas people are present, sooner or later they would have to expose themselves to this situation and appropriate training should be carried out those who suffer from this problem.
