LAS CLASES DE EMPRESAS: LA COOPERATIVA

Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo se estructura en dos partes, fundamentación epistemológica y proyección didáctica. La primera parte del trabajo está dedicada al análisis de las singularidades más sobresalientes del régimen económico-financiero de las sociedades cooperativas en el marco de procedimiento concursal por situación de insolvencia. Las particularidades que se analizan con respecto a la formación de la masa concursal son el capital social, el fondo de reserva obligatorio, el fondo de formación y sostenibilidad, la masa de gestión económica y las secciones. La segunda parte del trabajo está dedicada la proyección didáctica “Las clases de empresas” prevista para el segundo curso de Bachillerato de la Modalidad de Humanidades y Ciencias sociales del Instituto de Educación Secundaria La Fuensanta situado en la ciudad de Córdoba.

[EN]The present work is structured into two parts: methodological analysis and pedagogical approach. The first part of the paper is devoted to the analysis of the most important aspects of the economic-financial regime of co-operatives in the framework of bankruptcy proceedings due to financial difficulties. The features analysed with regards to establishing the insolvency assets were the company capital, the mandatory reserve fund, the training, and sustainability fund, the economic management estate of the cooperative members and the different sections. The second part of the work is dedicated to the pedagogical approach of "the types of businesses" planned for the second year of the Humanities and Social Sciences Baccalaureate at the La Fuensanta Secondary Education Institute located in the city of Córdoba.
