[ES] El siguiente Trabajo de Fin de Máster está basado en la elaboración y desarrollo de un Programa de Orientación e Intervención Psicopedagógica enfocado a la potenciación del autoconcepto para la mejora del rendimiento académico. Se estructura en torno a los tres ámbitos de actuación de la
Ori entación Educativa (Acción Tutorial, Atención a la Diversidad y Orientación Académica y Vocacional) y está previamente fundamentado teóricamente. Está dirigido a alumnos de 6º de Primaria que presentan un nivel de autoconcepto negativo y, a su vez, un bajo rendimiento académico, por lo que el
principal objetivo es favorecer un autoconcepto positivo y mejorar los resultados escolares de los alumnos. Este Programa se propone por parte del Equipo de Orientación Educativa y es desarrollado por el tutor de cada grupo.
[EN] The fo llowing Master's Thesis is based on the design and development of a Program for Educational Guidance and Psych o-Pedagogical lntervention that aims to enhance students' self-concept in order to improve their academic performance. This work is grounded theoretically and is structured around the three action areas of Ed ucational Guidance (Mentoring Action Plan, Attention to Diversity, and Academic and Vocational Guidance). lt is directed at sixth-grade students who have a negative leve! of se lf-co ncept and who show low academic performance. Therefore the main objective is to promote a positive se lf-concept and improve students' academic performance. This Program is proposed by the Educational Guidance Team and is developed by each group's mentor.
