Resumen
Para predecir el éxito de una persona en sus relaciones sociales, en el entorno académico y en el profesional, no basta con tener un cociente intelectual alto. Se requiere de la inteligencia emocional para poder conocerse bien a uno mismo, saber gestionar las emociones y obtener o potenciar un resultado óptimo. Por ello la edad escolar es la etapa adecuada para desarrollarla a través de metodologías lúdicas. Para ello, se ha diseñado un programa de intervención en el área de Educación Física adaptado al 1º ciclo de Primaria.
In order to predict the success of a person in their social relationships, in their academic environment and in their professional one, it is not enough to have a high intelligence quotient. It is needed to have the emotional intelligence which allows to be able to know oneself well, be able to manage the emotions and obtain or promote an ideal result; that is the reason why the school age is the suitable stage to develop it using playful methodologies. In order to do so, an intervention program has been designed in the field of Physical Education adapted to the 1st cycle of Primary Education.
