ENVEJECIMIENTO ACTIVO, OCIO Y TIEMPO LIBRE: ANÁLISIS DE UN CASO CONCRETO DE UN PUEBLO DE JAÉN.

Abstract

[ES] En este Trabajo Fin de Máster se presenta una investigación de naturaleza cualitativa que analiza las actitudes y prácticas que tienen las personas mayores en relación al ocio y al tiempo libre. Este asunto es importante por diferentes razones: en primer lugar, por la evolución demográfica que ha ocurrido en estos últimos años que ha alargado la esperanza de vida; en segundo lugar, porque los mayores son receptores y donantes de su tiempo libre; y en tercer lugar porque este colectivo tiene una gran importancia como usuarios de Servicios Sociales, a través, del Trabajo Social.

[EN] In this Master's Thesis, we presenta qualitative research that analyzes the attitudes and practices of older people in relation to leisure and free time. This issue is important for different reasons: first, because of the demographic evolution that has occurred in recent years that has lengthened life expectancy; secondly, because the largest recipients and donors of their time, and thirdly because this group has a great importance as users of Social Services, through Social Work.
